Description: Sure Seal® EFF-Plus Remover is a safe alternative to traditional acidic cleaners. It removes efflorescence, grout haze, cement residues, rust and water scales from masonry surfaces. It is a safer method of cleaning cement & concrete than with Hydrochloric or Sulphuric acid based products, but has the dissolving power of Hydrochloric or Phosphoric acid without the hazardous fumes and potential burns and is totally water soluble.
Sure Seal® EFF-Plus Remover is based on breakthrough Acid Replacement (AR) Technology and although low in pH does not contain traditional acids. It is a unique, safe to use cleaner based on organic compounds. Using new advance “green” technology, it gives the action of a tough acid cleaner but without the fuming, chemical burns and corrosion.
