Sure Seal® Premium Plus Sealer is a non-flammable, environmentally friendly, water-based impregnator that is used as a superior impregnator/sealer on all types of stone (including sandstone, limestone, terra cotta, brick, concrete, pavers, etc.) to provide protection against oil and water-based stains, moss, efflorescence, weathering and erosion. It will not whiten, puddle, flake, peel or discolour on the surface while allowing the treated surface to breathe. UV light resistant. Excellent for both indoor and outdoor use.

Installation:

Always ensure that the surface is clean and free from debris and previous sealants and waxes. Any existing stains must be removed prior to sealant application. Apply by brush, roller or garden-type sprayer. One good coat is normally sufficient. However, on very porous surfaces or heavy walkway areas, two coats are recommended. Allow five hours between application of each coat. Normal drying time on marble or granite is approximately 20 minutes. However, buff before completely dry.

Maintenance:

On outdoor surfaces, use a garden hose with a pressure nozzle or pressure washer with a pressure of up to 1000 PSI (be careful not to etch surface). For indoor areas, mop or wipe with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild liquid cleaner or water. Do not use harsh cleaning agents such as abrasive powders, ammonia, acids, bleach, solvents or abrasive scrubbing pads.
